Pushing through to Christmas

Hey all,

We are in that crunch time now where we have to keep the train moving until Christmas break. It tends not to be an easy task, especially when you really need the break yourself!

That being said, my advice is simple: flow with the rhythm of your family. You are heading towards a power down in productivity and focus as we get closer to Christmas, so plan for and go with it! Pare it down to what you really need to focus on - for us it's math and history and science - and go with that. Incorporate some fun, some games, etc. into your days from here until quitting time. Seek to enjoy this time!

You will get done what needs to get done...just let's not kill the joy and our kids spirit in the process. Energy homeschool has a flow... Go with it!
